Booking process:
The binding booking must be made in writing via St. Pölten Tourism. Please, enter "Caritas 2020" as a password when booking.
The reconfirmation is directly made by the respective hotel, together with the cancellation conditions. The room bills are to be paid by the participants directly in the respective hotel upon departure. St. Pölten Tourism assumes no liability and only acts as a facilitator.
